As a result, the organization has established itself among the most effective civil society organizations in Yemen that are working on health, education, and WASH issues in support of women, children, and youth. Operating out of its Headquarters in Sana’a and its offices in Taiz and Aden, SOUL, provides critical educational, health, and WASH services to urban and rural communities.


Job Information

Job Title:  Project Education Assistant.

Location: Aden & Lahj.

Contract Type: Full Time.

Contract Duration: 9 Months.

Start Date: 01 Nov 2025.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning and implementing education activities.
  2. Participate in the development of lesson plans and educational materials tailored to the needs of beneficiaries.
  3. Ensure beneficiaries data and maintaining it in appropriate programs.
  4. Implement awareness campaigns in partnership with different groups.
  5. Follow up on the work of volunteer teachers and community committees.
  6. Track the progress of implementation of project activities in the directorates for which he is responsible.
  7. Ensure confidentiality and security of all data, adhering to organizational policies and guidelines.
  8. Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.


Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in management or any other related field.
  2. One-year prior experience in the field of education projects.
  3. Good with MS Office applications.
  4. Willing to undertake regular field visits to other governorates.
  5. Good analytical, and excellent oral communication, teamwork and people skills
  6. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  7. Attention to details and high level of accuracy
  8. Effective listening; verbal and writing communication skills.
  9. Strong command of both Arabic and English languages is essential written and spoken.
